If you’re living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) or hypermobility, you may face chronic pain, instability, or fatigue that can be difficult to navigate alone. You are not alone in your journey. Our counseling group provides a safe space where you can share your experiences, gain support, and learn effective coping strategies.

In this group, you can:

Connect with others who truly understand what you're going through.
Learn coping strategies tailored to EDS/hypermobility-related challenges.
Find emotional support and practical advice from intern counselors and other members in the group
Explore ways to live a more fulfilling life despite the physical and emotional impacts of EDS/hypermobility
